Book a Session

To book a session, you will need to choose a therapist, select a service, and choose your preferred schedule below. Scroll down and don’t forget to click “Continue” after each step. If you have any questions or difficulties regarding the booking process, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp.

Booking Confirmation & Payment

After your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you registered. This confirmation email will include a successful booking notification and a link to fill your personal data, which must be filled by new clients. Please note that this is just a one-time process. If you have attended sessions with us before and you have filled in the link, there is no need to fill it in again.

You will also receive a reminder via email and Whatsapp one day before your booked session, during which you have the option to confirm your attendance, reschedule, or cancel the session. Therefore, please ensure that you have provided the correct email address and Whatsapp number. We’d hate to see you miss any important notifications due to typos in the contact information! :’)

There is no need to pay anything before your session. Your invoice will be sent via email after your session is done. Payments can be done through bank transfer to the account provided in the invoice. Once you have completed your payment, you can confirm it to us by replying the email and sending us the attached proof of transfer, or you could also send the proof of transfer via Whatsapp.

Special Arrangements

We understand that finding the perfect schedule for a session can sometimes be a challenge. Special arrangements outside of our regular counseling timeslots may be discussed via Whatsapp.

Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy

We strongly advise adhering to your scheduled appointments for optimal therapeutic outcomes, as skipping sessions may reduce the effectiveness of your therapy. For rescheduling or cancellations, please contact us via Whatsapp. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
