About Confida
Confida is a co-owned private practice that was established in February 2025 by two clinical psychologists, Ivan Sujana and Zivana Sabili. The name is derived from the word “confide,” which encompasses two meanings: (1) to disclose a secret to someone in whom one places trust, and (2) to have confidence in someone or something one believes in wholeheartedly. As therapists who are also vulnerable human beings, we resonate with the challenge in finding a space to confide during times of need. Confida was created to cater to the problem.
Our Objectives
Our primary objective is to assist our clients in leading a fulfilling life, feeling at ease and reasonably happy while pursuing their aspirations. We aim to achieve this goal by providing guidance for our clients to find personal meanings and purposes in life, to grow through adversities. From personal meanings and purposes, the important life quests would usually emerge. Clients’ mission is to bravely face these quests with all the plot twists, so that they could thrive as the main protagonists and turn their stories into a great one. All the while, we’d be there to optimize the clients’ resources and support system along the “storywriting” process.
Our Logo
Confida’s logo, resembling a cursive rendering of the letter “f” combined with the infinity symbol drawn in a continuous single stroke, signifies truth. As humans, we frequently grapple with the truths that permeate our lives, particularly the unnerving truths about our relationships with ourselves, others, and the larger forces that govern our existence. Confida is dedicated to assisting clients in navigating relational complexities by fostering the repair of valuable connections and encouraging disengagements from the ones that only hinder personal growth. Our commitment to presenting the truth candidly, instead of obscuring it for the sake of palatability, aligns with the core principles of our practice, where we prioritize authenticity, honesty, and openness. We believe that recognizing and accepting the truth is the first crucial step to healing, one that is absolutely necessary for the success of the work that must be done afterwards.
Our Location
Our office is located in the Kuningan business district of Jakarta Selatan. It is readily accessible via public transportations. The nearest LRT station and busway stop are located at Rasuna Said, while the two closest KRL Commuter Line stations are Tebet Station and Manggarai Station.
